Exterior Services
- Walk entire exterior of the property
- Perform visual inspection, report any obvious landscape concerns
- Report any obvious damaged sprinkler heads
- Perform visual inspection of pool, spa, and pool equipment
- Check screen enclosure for damage
- Look for signs of storm damage
- Look for signs of break-in and or vandalism
- Look for signs of pest infestation close to house
- Report any trees down, weeds in pavers, mold on driveway or patio
- Report excessive or loud noises coming from A/C units
Interior Services
- Check for unusual odor inside home
- Signs of insects or rodents
- Run water in all sinks, bath tubs , and flush toilets
- Check for signs of water leaks and mold
- Test A/C to make sure it is working properly
- Check A/C drain line for blockage
- Check hot water tank for leaks and make sure it is turned off on the breaker
- Check breaker box for tripped breakers
- Make sure all doors and windows are locked
- Turn water off at main if requested
Additional Services
(For hourly charge, one hour minimum including travel time.)
- Coordinate repair or maintenance services to be performed
- Meet with pest control or other contractors to provide access to the home
- Waiting service for deliveries, service, repair, etc
- Manage home while being rented out
- Open and prep home for arrivals (cleaning and stocking essential groceries)
- Clean home after being rented out
- Close home after owner or guest departs
- Walk through before and after rental periods
- Put out trash and recycling after owner or guest departs
